Cool Rivers

Cool rivers are rivers or streams that are cool, but not cold, during the warm part of the year. The water is between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius on warm days (between about 66 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit). You would probably be comfortable swimming in cool rivers if you were used to cool water or only swam for a short time.
